For two whole years after I bought my DC, I took pictures without any knowledge in terms of lighting, compositions and other techniques in the amazing world of photography. He is a good photography teacher and helping.
As a long over due testimonial. - What a cool dude Jimmy is. You may see him as a geeky techno freak with all this photography surrounding him. Don't let your first impressions mistake you for the kind of guy he is. He's funny, relaxed, conscientious as ever and somewhat charming to the girls, ha! Having heard him sing a couple of times, I was blown away by the amount of talent, no, pure natural talent he has. Believe me he can sing loads and even non stop and at all levels. He could have become one of the HK 天王 easily if he wanted to. No sweat! Please keep up all the hard work not forgetting the gym ones. Hee :P
- Thanks for the lovely testimonial "Cheung Hok Jimmy".. hehe! This guy can REALLY sing.. the king of karaoke! He's such a cool, down to earth guy who's willing to help people when asked. He's funny, he's generous, he's such a mad geeky photographer (don't worry dude, it's a good thing!) and last of all, he's my 大伯 [dai bat]! Don't forget that you promised me you'd let me take your beamer out for a spin! (^_~) Cheers, dude!

It has been a long while since my last post and I have forgotten how my blogging started since the early days of Zorpia.
I have done a lot since last year. Many would see a time wasting exercise but alternating my landscape photography style isn't easy. Inspired by friends around, I finally beginning to grasp a new style.
I don't know when my next visit will be but see you all my friends in Zoripa.

I have been lucky this year. Not only I won $200 at a casino in Canada, I also just won a prize of my dream (at least one of them), a Pentax Grand Prix! I was seriously thinking of buying it as it is a limited edition DSLR released by Pentax to commemorate the K10D, which won the illustrious Camera Grand Prix 2007 in Japan. It's just a collection?? How many cameras exactly do u own?? Mannnn, u're one lucky dude :p back to the 400D, hell yeah... right now I'm extremely happy with it. I've even shot some on manual mode, experiment with the ISOs etc. BTW, if u had to choose between a canon 400D and a nikon d80, which would u go for??
I'll post some and alert u as and when i've upload some. u're a bummer urself, i dont c any new albums. haha.

haha, I do have a few cameras, most are 35mm film cameras, digital? I only have two, Pentax and Canon. But I am a Canon man and have been using them for over 12 years now hahaha. I mean, I have been using it since I was a kid :D hehe. Good to experient the camera and 400D is a fantastic camera to learn. I will still choose Canon over Nikon's entry level camera but for pro models, I will hesitate a little but since I have all lenses in Canon, I will stick with Canon. At the end of the day, it's your eyes that give the differences and not the camera, but I will prefer the ease-of-use from Canon always!
Yeah, I know, I haven't been uploading pictures because I haven't shot many apart from some studio ones... but I haven't got time to finish them yet :P
