Having trouble with my homepage

About your modules, do you mean to say that when you try to move the modules and then save, it won't do just that? Im noting this down and forward to the Tech Team.

Delete function in group topic comments - Noted. Will update you once I get a feedback.

Block function - What do you mean exactly by not working? A member is blocked and he can still access group facilities? Pls elaborate on this one.

i can not move the modules and save them where i want too,also i can not uncheck the forum topic module,.........


i have no delete function for comments,which can become very frustrating


when i say block function in groups , it does not work.......i can block someone but they still can access group facilities, ....also if i delete someone they can just re enter (if they where a member before)

Block function not working - Is this in Playmates? It's a public group, am I correct?

Playmates is private .......i do not know about my other groups because i really dont have the same issues there............

i can not save changes,the modules just drop.....even when i have nothing on top of my page.......

also i can not uncheck forum topics on my homepage

also when i send out a mass mailing to all members and they reply ,i can not reply back.....i do not have that function either

Blocking actually works. I can see that my subscription status in Playmates is BLOCKED.

And when I try to reply to your Welcome to Playmates post, I get this error: Permission denied. Please join to perform this action.

That means Blocked members shouldn't be able to post any comments to the group.

Can you pls check if the member you are referring to is in the Blocked Members list?

i have blocked them at least 15 times and deleted also

Yes, it's ok now. I already tested.

If nishkmg is in the Playmates Block list he shouldn't be able to post anything.. He's still able to see Playmates in his Groups, but he won't be able to post any comment or topic. Blocked members can still visit the group homepage, but that is all he can do.

they have been in my block list since they entered,yet the block never took, and i kept deleting them over and over,maybe they just stopped? i dont know

OK. I noted this down. If nishkmg is able to post in Playmates again, pls alarm me?

If he get in the group again, block him again pls. That's the only way we can get this problem confirmed.
