Problem with IM

My IM doesnt work anymore and some of my friends either. It used to pop up when i logged in but now nothing. Can someone tell me if there is a way to enable it?

I thing that you have to eraser it out of you pc and then down it again. When thing doent work i do that .Have a very nice day.And lot of luck.

Thanks for your post. I figured out the problem you have to be in Zorpia 2 to use it i switched to Zorpia 1 and it doesnt work in Z1. Thanks again:)
