Two Teardrops

Two teardrops were floating down the river.
One teardrop said to the other,
I'm from the soft blue eyes of a woman in love.
I'm a tear of joy, she couldn't carry,
She was so happy she just got married.
I was on her cheek when she wiped me away with her glove.
I could tell from the look on her face she didn't need me.
So I drifted on down and caught me a ride to the sea.

The other tear said we've got a connection,
I'm a tear of sorrow born of rejection.
I'm from the sad brown eyes of her old flame.
She told him they would be life-long companions.
Left him with questions and not enough answers.
I was on his cheek as he stood there calling her name.
I could tell he had a lot of my friends for company.
So I drifted on down and caught me a ride to the sea.

Oh, the Ocean's a little bit bigger tonight,
Two more teardrops somebody cried
One of them happy and one of them bluer than blue.
The tide goes out and the tide comes in.
Someday there will be teardrops again,
Released in a moment of pleasure or a moment of pain.
Then they drift on down and ride to the sea again.

Last night I sat in the waiting room,
A nurse walked in and gave me the news.
It's a baby girl and they are both fine.
An old man sitting not 10 feet away has lost his wife,
And said to me, You've got a brand new angel, and I've lost mine.
I guess the good Lord giveth and the good Lord taketh away.
And we both wiped a teardrop from our face.

A whole new circle of life begins
Tears are a part of the pleasure and part of the pain.
'Til they drift on down and tide to the sea again

Tears are reflections of our heart feelings. When a person hurt any one that hit his/her heart and creates shock, that casuse to tears. At the same time the tears are also sign of true love. Tears comes for love one for any reason.

eardrops swirl around a broken rose, a broken heart
How long have these tears been falling?
How long has this heart been broke?
Her auburn eyes begin to fade to ebony
As the pain and anger seep their way into the cavern now left in her soul
The music lulls her to a restless sleep
As her tears strum the guitar
Blood is creeping from the walls
Smeared handprints dance around the room
The clock begins to tick
She's fading away
Her lifeless body crumbling to ash
Claws reach out from the darkness
Talons scrape and shred from the shadows
Her nails rip through her skin
The candle flame flickers out...

A single tear drop rolled down my cheek
a single tear drop fe
ll only last week
a single tear drop fell down your eye
people who saw just walked on bye
that tear drop almost made me die
that tear drop made me want to cry
that tear drop glistning blue
made me want to shout i love you
i went and asked you what was wrong
iheard this tale so sad and long
i heard this tale bout a girl with curls
and of a boy who loves this girl
you told me the girl won't love you
you told me you thought she loved you to
you told me you've loved her for a while
i thought of the girl and then i smiled
i opened my mouth and breathed these words
i told you i loved you that's what you heard
i told you you mean the worl to me
and i will do anything to make you see
now we are together baby
have i told you i love you latley
i'll never stop lovin' you
and you say that you love me too

in my depression i go lower than tears...so i have to keep busy even in romance

i think sometimes tears help us to feel more rest of our depression ... but anyway each one has his own way to deal with his depression .. thx GUS for share your thoughts here

i think love allthough beautifully sad...is also ultimately hillarious and depression has no dominion over love if the sufferer turns to falling in love again

i agree with you sweet GUS completely falling in love again sometimes helps to get rid of pain of the first love but the hardest thing is that falling in love and trust again becomes a problem in itself where we can't recover from first love and its memories such easily

but the next love in the passing of time has the bonas of experience of wisdom ...kinda say to oneself that i could loose this love...new love again..the inevitable fickle or light nature of life..but i think it makes you work harder for your new love...life is crap but to keep going..shaman type person is what i get close to when im lucky enough and that kind of love is devestateing when its cold..great when it works ...hell when it doesnt...people who are not healers recover quicker

A tears poem

They say memories are golden,
Well, maybe that is true;
I never wanted memories,
I only wanted you.

A million times I needed you,

No one could ever fill.
