In everything I will give thanks to God for what He is doing. All God does is for my good.Our Good,regardless of race,creed or culture.

We do not always need to show attendance at our Church, Mosque..Giving thanks take's so little of our time, yet we are often too busy to spare a moment for our beleifs and our God.

Sometime's there is no need for temples; no need for complicated philosophy. Our own brain, our own heart is our temple; the philosophy is kindness.

Everyday i see to it that i can even say thanks to Him for what ever blessing i recieve,and b4 i sleep at night i just sign the cross and say goodnight to Him.and even how busy i am i really find ways to just say a little prayer.

I believe that we all need to create even a little time for Him, People now adays was very busy for their life on how to become more wealthy and forgot Him.and we remember Him only when we are in trouble.

Thanks Jessie for ur nice topic...and i dont know if this is coincidence only, we filipino are sufferring of flood bcoz of typhoon, and im sure this is a wake up call to all of us here.to give time to Him / God.....

From you above words,let me tell you one thing in this busy world every one busy with their own personal life . If any thing goes wrong then they are getting time to offer prayer to god or else no one worried about God.This i hate more in the people when we are happy we fail to remind god,what i suggest whether you are Happy or sad ,good or bad,times goes right or wrong always remember the God,have sometime to offer prayers to him,spend some 10 minutes of time in your daily life,he wont ask you to give something to him,he just ask to pray heartfully he will be with us till the end of life, i like this topic Jessie prayersreally solve the problem in our life

Here is a small story from my end
I dreamed I had an interview with God.

"Come in," God said. "So, you would like to interview Me?"
"If you have the time," I said. God smiled and said:

"My time is eternity and is enough to do everything; what questions do you have in mind to ask me?"

"That they get bored of being children, are in a rush to grow up, and then long to be children again.

It is a YES and NO that ppl are busy to find time for God...

Yes ppl are too busy on earthly things where they are on a rush to get rich and to leave comfortably here on earth rather than preparing their souls and make an earnings in heaven.....

No there are ppl and religious group that have all the time to pray and spending half or even whole of their days..but the problem is they are praying on the wrong God and/or performing it on the wrong manner..:)

Prayer is an important communicating tool or way to get in touch to the real God...but if it will done incorrectly then your time of prayer will be useless as talking to the air or redirecting on the wrong God...In return it will only worsen your problems in your life and even invites trouble or natural disasters to come...

I must admit...even is so shameful..that I constantly feeling guilty about this,and I suspect most of us are too.
I think the single biggest obstacle to our relationship with God (after sin, of course) is "no time."
As Peter Kreeft said :"yet we all know from experience that when we give God time, we are happy. When we cheat God, we cheat ourselves. We know this from thousands of repeated experiments. And yet we keep running away from God, from communion with God, from prayer, as if it were bitter medicine. We are so afraid of silence and solitue, which are necessary for private prayer, that we give it to our most desperate criminals as the most horrible torture our mind can conceive—"solitary confinement!"
Why don't we seem to have as much time as our ancestors? In fact, we all have exactly the same amount: twenty-four hours each day. Technology should have given us an extra step of time.
We think time determines prayer, but prayer determines time. We think our lack of time is the cause of our lack of prayer, but our lack of prayer is the cause of our lack of time.
I strongly advice to restore our spiritual sanity, and to falow our spiritual faith not only when we are in need but to thank to God for the days passing by is a grace and calm our restless souls!!!
So lets pray and have faith in God for what we are!!!
