did any one try playing online games on ps3? in kuwait?

hi all, i already tried connecting my ps3 to a wi-fi network, it is connected but am facing dificulties playing actual games, i tried DIRT (rally racing), still didnt work! if any body really played a ps3 game online in Kuwait please tell me HOW DID U DO IT????
