This is where I have lived my whole life and boy is there a lot to do. If you find yourself bored in NYC you aren't doing the right things. You could go visit interesting places in NY every night and still not get to all the great places in a year!.
There a clubs that stay open to the next day at 12pm. The City never sleep there is alway somebody out and something to do.
Visit: 40 duce Times Square, 34st underground, museum of Natural history and as many museums as you can. The boat rides on the Hudson, Coney Island, Bronx zoo, Botanical Gardens, Holographic museum, go to the Village and SoHo, Southstreet Seaport or ride in the helicopter over the city and take the ferry for a little change. Oh and don't forget the Wax museum.
