Everything has a creator. And that creator is God. I'm not saying that what Christianity,Judaism,Mohammedanism or other religions say is right,because most of them were devised thousands of years ago when people could understand less than they can today. God is something more profound,an entity we,as humans,cannot comprehend. But I repeat:he exists,and is,most probably,in everything that's around us.
