why are nepali people nowdays acting like americans?

nepalima nai bola na, englis pani american ho.. the group ur focusing r the ones who understand nepali. i'm a patriot n i can see even u r one. tara hamile american banna khojya haina, we r influened by the western wind.. its not bad though. hamile pani arulai hamro culture dekhaera tiniharulai nepal tarfa aakarshit garnu parcha sis.. ..... take it positively.....

hey shreeya i don't think there's anything wrong with the way we dress up....no matter who's trend we copy....but i think u are right in one thing that the way most of the Nepalese act are the attitude of wannabes...and tell u wot there's noth'n u and me or anyone else for that matter can change it....sadly

if ur able to name any country that follows its custom and ppl there....all of them wear thr traditional dress....then i swear to god i will wear daura surwal for the rest of my life...

i think u're right but u know i didn't even say a word abt expose n stuff cuzz i m talkin abt the way we dress up n the way we act.............

actually now a days mostly young people dont know who they are ,dressing in normal way is not a big deal but the big deal is dressing like someone,whom your personality does not reflect .i see some of nepali are quite craze in foreign music and dress up ,but they try to change their personality laso .

ok cool i liked ur response but i think they way foreign people dress up is very different from nepali people..... i spent 11 years back there in nepal n now i m in u.s. n i think us is really different then nepal cuzz when i was back there GOSH PEOPLE WERE ACTINK SOO OLD FASHIONED.... i think now days itz kinda cool ;)

well back 11 years ago things were diffrent and time was different . it was not old fashioned back then coz you cant caompare USA with nepal .nepal is a developing country and USA is still 100 years ahead of nepal.nepals trend to fashoin is changing day by day .

yeah might be cuzz i haven't been there since many years... may be someday nepal will go along with u.s.a.

Bcoz Nepal culture had almost forgetten by nepali. Nepali are thinking highly that is the main reason for copying others culture and acting like it. The land where we born is heaven of earth infact so everybody try to do something for your land so that our land our country can be recognized as a most developed land all around world.

It's not just coz 'we forgot our cultures' or any of those s*it.If you can notice, we are not the only ones who tend to be more like the western people, there are ppl frm more developed and advanced countries thn ours who do the same.
It's just our nature, everybody wants to follow watever's on the go, to get along with everybodyelse.

dear shreeya bahini everybody should learn something from every community .To copy the culture and custom is the part of life.But some people have made it heart of their life it is bad thing.Wearing any custom we shouldnot forget our culture aakhir je vaye pani yo manta nepali nai ho .Being the different parts of the world we have nepal in our heart.
