VISTA or XP?

Hello,
I'd like to ask your opinion between the two DEFENDING Operating Systems of the same company.
do YOU by any choose XP over Vista?

Vista is a resource hog and the user account control is clumsy and annoying (ever try editing your Start menu in Vista)? The places I've worked have ended up sticking with XP. We'll see how Windows 7 sorks out.

Of course i prefer Xp everytime. Vista invades extra 512mb of Ram, and %10-%20 more usage of CPU. Why do i have to lose my computer performance?
And i agree with Robert. The user account control sucks!!!

ya. me also agree with them.i am not worked on vista. but i feel xp is like a user free.

Windows7 is promised to be the fastest ever Windows in startup and shut downing. Lets exclude that from teh list.

Wait till the end of the month an get Windows 7, I've been using it in work for over 2 months and it's way better then the crapy Vista SP2 I had in that machine before. Good riddance Vista!
So keep XP for your older PCs and get W7 for the new ones: Just forget Vista please.
