What can you say about Filipino people?

hi, i'm a hispanic filipino (my parents r both Spanish mestizos). the good side is that filipinos are very hospitable, hardworking, talented, respectful, flexible, has good family values & religious.

the bad side though is that some tend to become lazy coz of several factors like they are overly dependent on their families coz of the close familial-ties to the point that they don't work anymore & only rely to their brothers or parents who work (this happens mostly to filipinos working overseas). i don't like those superstitious beliefs. also while politeness is good, they sometimes overdo it to the point that they are lying. there is also colonial mentality thing & the identity crisis. i cant count the number of times wherein i encounter filipinos who say they're part-spanish even if the only spanish mestizo is their grandparents' great-great grandfather & others even fake their ancestry juz bcoz they have hispanic surnames. there r also some who claim part-chinese. frankly when i was young, i really dunno how filipinos look like coz almost all i enounter would say they are either part-spanish or chinese or both even if they look southeast asian. patriotism is also good but again sometimes some tend to overdo it. another bad trait is the crab-mentality thing & the so-called "manana".

another thing i also don't like about some filipinos especially filipino guys is they talk very loud whether in private or in public even if the one they're talking to is juz beside them.

Physically, the beauty of FIlipinas/Filipinos is unique..

A lot of foreigners are falling inlove with Filipinos.
We Filipinos are caring, loving, God-fearing, family-oriented..

We prioritize family so much, that is why some of Filipinos, even if they are already married, they still want to be with their origin..

I consider Filipinos so unique in every way...the physical beauty, the character, the values, so easy to adopt the changes in life, the love for the family, and so hospitable to others...of course there's also the negative side of it...like what my kababayan mention here the laziness...this kind of trait I think is more of personal coz majority of Filipinos are hardworking too...

Also I would like to mention the great influence in our culture and tradition under Spanish Colonial era for 333 years...and that's where we are now....:))

Well I have travelled to Middle east into the UAE and there are some beautiful Fillipino ladies there and i would love to see some gorgeous Fillipino ladies as my FRiends with some real sexy picccys sent to me please ladies xx

Most Filipinos either men or women basically very introvert regarding feelings & could keep it lifetime though im not saying it's only Filipinos because I believed that every individual retain the uniqueness of being persona. Filipino people has very strong family ties that keeps a family together intact for a span of one's life. We're remarked as hospitable country, best in taking care of oneself. Regarding marriage, in general we believed in lifetime commitment enough to say to be responsible at all. What is not good to Filipino mostly or some has a luck of sense of time. Space here is not enough to ellaborate Filipinos good & bad aspects but I hope this article could help through your research.. Goodluck!

whats good with us filipino,is that we are family oriented, devoted, faithful, and will stand by you no matter what......we respect othere's for what they are, and we offer the best better known as "hospitalitable"...sorry im being bias, lol. but you can prove it to yourself.....we are a very flexible people, the most of all, we know how to love wholeheartedly......well yes, as a human being we also have shortcomings like other's but for sure you're going to love us for what we are, and i am proud to say I AM A FILIPINO!
