What do u do in order to stop animal cruelty?

first at all, i'm not vegan, but what i would do is educate people about animals and enviroment,how are animals should be raise and conserve. Sometimes human been are cruel to other human been so you can imagen what can be to a animal .

Protest against cruelty to animals.... this is best way to stop it i find

never eaten animals, and for 35 years not eaten ANY animal produce of any kind.
Though streangely enough I find the argument for not eating meat is best described as eating meat causes human starvation, and adds to global warming. Meat production is the second most Global warming activity after transport.
I think people feel that by stressing the cruelty in meat eating, that you are attacking them personally, so they try to justify it.

it is easy really. the main thing is to make sure you have a good variety of vegetables and fruit. as much raw (uncooked) as possible, i suggest for combatting IBS. protein is the thing that most non vegetarians worry about, well there is no need if you include nuts, and soya . Also sprouted seeds like mungbeans, lentils, alfalfa, and most other seeds. these are best eaten in salads. I like avocado too

For IBS you may need to try missing out certain things, for instNCE Onions upset me, both cooked and raw (especially raw) another thing i do is to not to mix acid fruits with proteins at the same meal. BUT everyone is different.

I'm in Howell michigan Lansing is about 40 miles away but right now I'm in Fla visiting my daughter and mother for the holidays so I get veggies and fruts more here cause one handed they are hard to do I have to wait til I'm with ppl that can do those things.Can you send me a list of what things to eat and not eat also for IBS
