your a new member so every topic will notice you with a Red Sign " NEW " if you viewed the topic the sign will change to " Viewed " besides you will get alerts to tell you that we released a " new announcement " . when you get the Red Alert Click on " Groups " to view the new Announcements and it won't bother you again!

I HAVE SOLVE THE PROBLEM!I found that if I go to the INTERNATIONAL PAGE and click the Group, the sign disappear.But if I keep clicking GROUP when I was in China,it will never disappear. THANK YOU ^_^
