I've come to the conclusion that all  too often i find a reason not to be happy with where I am at the moment.whether it's hot or cold,good health or bad, in the money or out of it, i always wanted it to be different.

But no more.I want to start finding a reason to be happy right where I am.Even if it's simply the fact that I'm alive.

Looking back over my life, it seems to me that i have learned the most when i felt the great pain. The ppl's death around me, for example, made me more profoundly awear of the beauty in nature. My capacity for finding joy in the most ordinary events(watching a folwer open, leavs turning red...) seems to deepen each time i live through great sorrow. Death makes life precious, frustration makes success more fulfiling, failure makes the next accomplishment more meaningful.
